Bio: When Olivia was six, her parents were arrested and sent to Camp 23, and Olivia and her older sister, Jess, were forced to stay in the camp with their parents even though Olivia and Jess hadn't committed any crime.  They, along with their parents, were subject to brutal tortures and experiments, all of which made Olivia the incredibly shy person she is.  Olivia and Jess also witnessed their parents get executed by the guards, while their mother was pregnant.  During the Octarian Uprising, Olivia was drafted into the military and ordered to guard the zapfish at Area 26.  However, the goggles she had received were defective, and when Tony Brine, as Agent 3, came to retrieve the zapfish, Olivia turned on her superiors and allowed Tony to kill them.  In exchange for saving his life and letting him retrieve the zapfish, Olivia was given a second chance at life, as Tony brought her back to Inkopolis with him.  There she met Stella and Ben, whom, after hearing her story, immediately accepted her into their family.  She and Jess, whom Olivia reunited with later, now live with the Brines at their residence.
